Our top land mapping product is Terrain Navigator Pro which combines USGS topographic maps, aerial photos and our most advanced software tools. Terrain Navigator Pro is fast becoming the standard for mapping professionals and committed outdoor enthusiasts who rely on accurate, detailed topos that can be used in the office and in the field with GPS.

For those who do not need aerial photos and professional software tools, Terrain Navigator is a good choice. With off-road topographic maps for an entire state region, it is easy to use. Just one mouse click turns flat 2D maps into vivid 3D images making contour lines come alive. Compare Terrain Navigator and Terrain Navigator Pro

Introduction
This download is for customers with Terrain Navigator Pro Network Edition version 8.0, 8.5, 8.51, 8.6, or 8.7. It will update the Network Server of Terrain Navigator Pro to version 8.71. We have made many improvements to the software that we hope you will enjoy. (Please note that this download is for the "Network Edition" of Terrain Navigator Pro. A download for the "stand-alone" edition of Terrain Navigator Pro is available here, and a download for "Terrain Navigator Standard Edition" is available here.)

Can I get this update along with updated maps on DVD?
Yes.
Please call us at 877-587-9004 and explain that you are a Terrain Navigator customer who would like to trade up from the older CD state regions to DVD. If your collection of CDs are tired, or too cumbersome to manage, you may want to trade them up to the DVDs - most states fit on 1 disc! In addition to providing the latest 8.71 software (with the new printing and publishing capabilities) and some updated topo maps, the DVDs feature a 1:250,000 map scale (in addition to the 1:24,000 and 1:100,000 scales.) Updated DVDs are available for $25 per state (or region for Mid Atlantic or New England) - if you are interested, please give us a call at 877-587-9004. (This offer is only available to existing Terrain Navigator customers with active subscriptions for updated photos, topos, and software who call us.)

Why am I being asked to register an account to download this update?

Starting with version 8.6 of Terrain Navigator Network Edition, we are asking customers to log into their account before downloading any updates. While the updates remain free (for current subscribers), and creating an account is simple, this process allows us to better serve you with frequent updates and new features
