Fragmented Android - Apple remains concerned?

I was reading today that Android remains a fragmented design.  I hope not as we are just now presenting one of our tools as a Android application.  We will see.  One interesting aspect as a Zoom owner is just what might I soon see in this sort of innovation... standard but superior?

Motorola damm near killed itself as well as an Made-in-America capital organization. My Zoom "proudly proclaims - 'Designed in the USA".   Doing silly things that frustrated innovation by developers; they could not see the potential of an handset operating system that should encourage innovation - instead once they had Razor was too cool and Nokia could not get a carrier.. it was down hill for both.  And the beat goes on....


Apple wants Motorola lawsuits stayed due to Google deal

Apple on Friday used Google's own strategy against it by motioning to try and stop Motorola's countersuits. The filings in both Florida and Wisconsin courts argues that Google's $12.5 billion buyout of Motorola has resulted in a "fundamental loss" of rights for Motorola in the meantime. Google's terms allegedly limit Motorola's ability to enforce patents and make deals in a way that, even if Apple won, could be overturned once Google takes ownership of patents and legal controls...
